Nova Conveyancing Shortlisted for Supplier of the Year (Professional Support) at The Negotiator Awards 2026 

We are pleased to share that Nova Conveyancing has been shortlisted for Supplier of the Year: Professional Support at The Negotiator Awards 2026. 

For almost two decades, The Negotiator Awards have been recognising excellence across the UK’s residential property sector, including estate and letting agents, suppliers (e.g. conveyancers), and industry professionals. This year’s shortlist comprises 34 categories and follows another record-breaking year for entries. 

Being shortlisted recognises our contribution to the residential property sector and the support we’ve provided to estate agents, mortgage brokers and their clients. It validates the hard work of the entire Nova team and its focus on providing professional support to the agents and brokers who rely on our conveyancing services. 

The Negotiator Awards are independently judged by a panel of industry leaders and property market experts from different backgrounds and disciplines. The judges assess entries across the shortlisted categories, with three finalists and a winner to be announced per category. 

Launched in October 2025, Nova was designed with a partnership-first approach to conveyancing, combining digital case visibility, proactive communication, and dedicated support to help property professionals manage transactions and elevate their clients’ experience. 

Since then, we’ve generated nearly 5,000 referral leads, over 3,000 instructions, and more than 1,600 completions, while building a network of estate agency and mortgage broker partners across England and Wales. 

We’re proud to be shortlisted alongside other businesses supporting the UK residential property sector. We look forward to celebrating with the industry’s best when the winners and finalists are revealed at The Negotiator Awards gala dinner at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London, on 27 November 2026.
