No mortgage offer, no legal fee
If your lender does not issue a mortgage offer, we will not charge our quoted legal fee. You will only pay the file set-up fee and any disbursements already paid out on your behalf.
Your quote includes the fees relevant to your case based on the information you have given us. If other matters come to light during the process, additional fees may be payable, and these are listed on our additional conveyancing services page.
