Nova Strengthens Leadership Team With Appointment of Commercial Director

Nova, the premium conveyancing partner for estate agents and mortgage brokers, has appointed Andrew Smith as Commercial Director to support the company’s next stage of growth and strengthen its partner proposition.

Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial leadership and business development across property and technology sectors. His career spans senior leadership roles at CoStar Group, where he spent more than a decade, Nordic PropTech and FinTech business Navian Group, and most recently Property Finder in the UAE.

In his new role, Andrew will lead Nova’s commercial strategy, working closely with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other introducers. His focus will include developing strategic partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and helping build the commercial structure and processes to support the company’s next phase of growth.
