Vanisha Meisuria, Sales Director
Vanisha Meisuria brings a unique combination of relationship-building, commercial experience and strategic thinking to her role as Sales Director at Nova.
Having built partnerships across a wide range of industries, including housing, recruitment, commercial real estate, digital infrastructure and legal services, Vanisha understands that successful growth starts with understanding people. Her focus is on building long-term relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers and introducers while helping Nova continuously improve the way it supports partners and their clients.
As Sales Director, Vanisha works closely with partners across England and Wales, helping businesses improve transaction visibility, strengthen communication and create better outcomes throughout the property journey.

Building Partnerships Through Understanding
Vanisha’s career began in a very different environment. Before moving into sales, she worked as a qualified British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreter, supporting Deaf people across education, employment and mental health settings.
That experience shaped the way she approaches communication today. It taught her the importance of listening, empathy and understanding different perspectives before looking for solutions.
As a result, Vanisha takes a consultative approach to every partnership. Rather than applying a standard process, she takes time to understand each business, its objectives and the challenges it faces. She then works collaboratively to identify opportunities that create genuine value for everyone involved.
Combining Relationships with Insight
Throughout her career, Vanisha has worked with founder-led businesses, high-growth organisations, private equity-backed companies and global listed businesses.
While the industries have varied, one principle has remained consistent: people buy from people.
Vanisha believes strong relationships create opportunities. However, data and insight help businesses make better decisions. That combination of relationship building and commercial intelligence influences how she works with partners and colleagues alike.
At Nova, she enjoys helping shape not only new partnerships but also the systems, processes and ways of working that support them. By combining insight, collaboration and continuous improvement, she helps ensure Nova consistently delivers on the commitments it makes.
A Collaborative Approach
For Vanisha, great partnerships are built on trust, honesty and open communication.
She believes that meaningful collaboration starts with curiosity. Asking the right questions often creates stronger outcomes than simply providing answers. Because of this, she encourages open conversations, constructive challenge, and shared problem-solving throughout every partnership.
Whether working with an independent agency or a national organisation, Vanisha’s focus remains the same: understanding what success looks like for each partner and helping them achieve it.
What Partners Can Expect
Vanisha is passionate about creating partnerships that extend beyond individual transactions. Her focus is on helping estate agents, brokers and introducers build stronger relationships with their clients while improving communication, visibility and collaboration throughout the transaction journey.
She believes lasting partnerships are created through consistent delivery, shared objectives and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
In Vanisha’s Words
“Technology and AI have the power to improve transparency, remove friction and help us make better decisions. However, real progress comes when people, processes and technology work together. The more closely our industry collaborates, the better the experience becomes for everyone involved.”

Questions Vanisha Often Gets
“My career has taken me through several industries and roles, from British Sign Language interpreting to strategic business development. Each experience taught me the importance of listening, understanding different perspectives and adapting my approach. Today, that helps me build partnerships based on trust, communication and long-term value.”
“For me, great communication starts with curiosity. I believe the best partnerships are built when people ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully and are willing to have open conversations. Clear communication creates trust, aligns expectations and helps everyone work towards the same outcome.”
“I hope our partners see that we’re invested in their success as much as our own. We take the time to understand their business, listen to feedback and continually look for ways to improve. Trust is earned through consistency, accountability and doing what we’ve said we’ll do.”
“Successful partnerships don’t happen by accident. They come from understanding what success looks like for each organisation, maintaining open communication and continuing to add value long after an agreement has been signed. The strongest relationships are built over time through actions rather than promises.”
