Cara Stanbridge, Head of Relationship Management
With more than 11 years’ experience in the conveyancing industry, Cara brings a unique combination of operational knowledge, relationship expertise and people leadership to her role as Head of Relationship Management at Nova Conveyancing.
Having worked across legal support, sales and legal assistant roles throughout her career, Cara understands the property journey from multiple perspectives. That experience enables her to support partners with a practical understanding of the challenges facing clients, advisers, introducers and legal teams alike.
Today, Cara leads Nova’s Relationship Management team, helping partners across England and Wales strengthen relationships, improve client experiences and navigate an increasingly fast-moving market. Alongside supporting partners directly, she plays a key role in coaching and developing the team, ensuring they have the knowledge, confidence and insight needed to deliver exceptional service.

Developing People, Strengthening Partnerships
For Cara, successful relationship management starts internally.
She believes that strong partnerships are built by knowledgeable, confident people who understand both their partners’ businesses and the wider industry landscape. That’s why a significant part of her role focuses on coaching, mentoring and developing the Relationship Management team.
By investing in people and creating a culture of continuous learning, she helps ensure partners benefit from a team that is proactive, informed and committed to delivering real value.
Turning Industry Insight into Practical Support
The conveyancing industry never stands still. Market conditions, client expectations and technology continue to evolve, creating both challenges and opportunities for firms across the sector.
Cara is passionate about staying close to those changes and translating industry insight into practical support for partners. Whether identifying emerging trends, sharing best practice or helping businesses respond to changing client expectations, her focus is always on helping partners stay informed and positioned for success.
She believes the strongest partnerships are built when both sides continue to learn, adapt and grow together.
Never Losing Sight of the Human Experience
While technology continues to transform the property sector, Cara believes people remain at the heart of every transaction.
Having spent more than a decade working within conveyancing, she understands that moving home is often one of the most significant events in a person’s life. While efficiency and visibility are important, clear communication, empathy and trust are equally critical to delivering a positive experience.
That belief shapes both the way she works with partners and the way she develops her team.
What Partners Can Expect
Cara is committed to creating long-term partnerships built on transparency, consistency and shared success.
Partners can expect proactive support, honest conversations and a team that is genuinely invested in helping them achieve their goals. By combining industry expertise with practical guidance and continuous improvement, she helps ensure Nova delivers value beyond the transaction itself.
In Cara’s Words
“The conveyancing process is about people as much as property. Technology can make the process more efficient, but strong relationships, great communication and exceptional service are what truly create lasting value.”
