FAQs
It depends on when you instruct us and your property type. For the best chance of exchanging before Christmas, freehold cases need to instruct by 30 October, and leasehold cases, or freehold with a management company, by 16 October. Once you’re on board, we prioritise your case ahead of the festive period to help keep things on track, though exchange timing can still be affected by factors outside our control.
Nova Rocket is an additional £900 + VAT on top of your standard conveyancing fee. If we’re not ready to exchange within your target week, we reduce that fee for every extra week it takes, up to the full amount.
Leasehold cases, and freehold cases involving a management company, target a 9-week exchange rather than 7 weeks, since there’s an extra party to coordinate with. Instructing earlier gives us the time needed to hit that target before Christmas.
