If your client is interested in joining Festive Fast, have them instruct us by November 15th (for Freehold properties).They need to provide all necessary documents and complete all required forms. The deadline for instructing on leasehold properties for our Festive Fast service has now passed.
We will waive the FestiveFast fee of £600+VAT if your client cannot move into their new home by 17th December 2025, due to a sale or purchase falling through*
